Submissions

Contributions to Haecceity Inc. may include essays, public lecture transcripts, dissertation length manuscripts, conference proceedings, interviews, translations and critical review essays such as book reviews.

Haecceity Inc. requests that manuscripts not exceed 6000 words for essay submissions and public lecture transcripts, maximum 20,000 words for QAE dissertation submissions and 1000 words for book reviews.

Contributors are asked to forward an A4 double-spaced version of their manuscript as an email attachment in Word format to the address below. All submissions are to be formatted in Times or Times New Roman in 12 pt format, and double-spaced. All references are to be listed as endnotes, except in the case of dissertation length submissions for QAE where footnote references are requested. Haecceity Inc. requests that all submissions be accompanied by an abstract of around 500 words, in addition to a brief biography providing details of institutional affiliations.

Haecceity Papers and Quarterly Architecture Essay (QAE) are refereed publications; submissions are subject to academic review.

Contributors are requested to follow The Chicago Manual of Style for the formatting of references.

It is the author's responsibility to request permission, if required, for the use of any unpublished manuscript, translation, image, sound file or movie. Unless otherwise specified, copyright will be shared between the contributors and Haecceity Inc.
